Like many other Web sites, ToddDukart.com makes use of log files. These files merely logs visitors to the site – usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting services’s analytics. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
If you voluntarily provide information to me on a form, I’ll only use that information for the stated reason. For example, if you sign up for a newsletter, the information you provide will only be used to distribute the newsletter.
I believe it is important to provide added protection for children online. I encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children to observe, participate in and/or monitor and guide their online activity. I do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian believes that I have in mydatabase the personally-identifiable information of a child under the age of 13, please contact me immediately (using the contact in the first paragraph) and I will use my best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
I do not share your personal information with third parties except for spam protection. If you use your WordPress.com, Twitter, Facebook or Google account to leave a comment on a post, please note that the company administering that account will have access to the information you provided them, and might link your account with activity on this site. Please consult with those companies’ privacy policies. Use of those accounts is optional.
If in the future I use a third party for a feature such as a newsletter, the information I provide to the third party will only be enough to provide that feature, and I’ll ensure the information is not used for other purposes.
